After conducting exploratory user research with design probes, invite the same participants to first ‘validate’ your analysis and then allow them to experience and give feedback on early prototypes in a group session
Present probe results; discuss and collect feedback to ‘validate’ them; introduce prototypes; allow people to individually interact with them; collect feedback; questionnaires to collect rank data on preference on several prototypes
the session allows 2 important processes to take place: 1 validation of probe results; 2 early evaluation of prototypes
the existence of early prototypes based on the findings of the probes is only possible through implementation before the actual validation of the probe results
