Abstract

User Experience (UX) is not just “old wine in new bottles”. It is a truly extended and distinct perspective on the quality of interactive technology: away from products and problems to humans and the drivers of positive experience. This paper offers a perspective on UX and discusses its implications for the field of Human-Computer Interaction.
